I have worked for this establishment for 18 years and am upset to see so many horrible reviews. Management and my coworkers here are amazing. In fact my manager hasn’t had more than two or three days off a month since she started. She worked today for a coworker who was in a car accident. Remember there are two sides to every story..
I have worked for Paradise Falls for 11 years now and have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness by managers and owners the whole time I've been employed here. I worked for Tom and then Staci for 8 years! I’ve had a wonderful experience with the management. The McLaughlin’s are a great family. My gram was literally on her death bed. I was scrabbling to have a shift covered and they handled it. Those extra hours and to be there when she passed, I can never get back that time. I thank Jordanne for when I had to quit to focus more on my health and to spend some more time with family. She understood and was very accommodating. Great bar food. Not the type of restaurant for a fancy meal but the beer is great and the servers are super friendly.

atmosphere was very nice. waitresses were very accommodating, not to mention not bad to look at 😉. my wife had an elk burger. she said was phenomenal. I had a Bistro burger. very very good. I would highly recommended this place. 🏻
