I thought the salesman did a good job enjoyed talking with Jared. He helped me throughout the process. The installation started poorly, but Paradise exteriors made it right in the end. I have not had a storm yet not sure about the strength and integrity. I think it’ll be fine communication was good and bad at times, but eventually, Paradise exteriors made it good.
The sales person Bernie and their brand ambassador Bill have been amazing. We got a new front window, front door side garage door and replaced our sliding glass door with French doors. The installation was fast and smooth, the strength and integrity of the doors are top class and withstand our 80 lbs dogs trying to open them. The communication has been great through the whole process with the teams checking up on us from time to time to ensure we didn’t have any questions or needs. Yes, I’ve been overall very happy with Paradise Exteriors. The initial salesman had some issues that had to be straightened out, and that was covered and taken care of by the company. I thought the installation process went very very well. In spite of the fact that I had company over here that they cleaned up very well.
