My wife and I bought a house that was outdated and needed new windows. After a little of research we came across Paradise Windows, and after a good presentation we decided to give them a try. They took care of the measurements, HOA request, and got them delivered after 4 long months. Nothing special about the installation, the windows look to be good quality, inspection passed and the final trim work was almost complete…the employee hit our mailbox backing out of the driveway and knocked it off the post. Drew did a great job diagnosibg and fixing a minor issue with my windows and he was very professional and polite. I really like my hurricane windows that were installed by Paradise Exteriors and they were great to have during the hurricanes of 2024!
1 window pane defective, front door hardware missing, TOP IT ALL, DID NOT GET WINDOW SET UP WE ORDERED, WHAT WAS SHOWN US BY SALES PERSON. There's No tinting of glass that we ordered.
