I was happy with the sales person did not feel like he had enough information at times. The installation went well. I thought the strength and integrity of the products is good. The communication was good mildly abrupt at one point was able to work that out with Bill Porter from the Warranty department and I’ll be willing to refer PARADISE EXTERIOR to others
Really nice show room with a good display of window and door styles available.
Paradise installed hurricane windows and a front door in my home in 2021. They damaged stucco at 3 front windows and tried hiding it with white caulking! Damage to stucco on rear bedroom window. Front door has NEVER closed correctly and almost 4 yrs later dealing with light & air gaps. Crew never came on time. Dealing with RUDENESS from St. Petersburg Tampa office staff. Would not fix stucco damage!! Now seeking ways to fix front door without having to spend thousands for new door. Oh, I asked they use our existing door knob... read more
Jonathan came and explained everything to me his measurements and everything. He was very, very courteous and. And professional He set up examples for my door and answered any questions that I might have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for windows. Great company cant wait to see the outcome
