Im tired of calling the company and paradise window to repair the window and they said it has a life long warranty and they never came replace it
I purchased this product in July 2025, but it was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered. I stayed patient throughout the process, and I was assured I would be compensated for the inconvenience and delay. However, after two months of waiting, the finance department, the salesperson, and everyone I had been communicating with stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. No customer support once youve purchased and theres a problem, no one answers
Well it’s been 3 phone calls since 4/2/26 that I’ve left messages for the salesman Mark F. to call and provide an itemized pricing of the windows and doors the company installed - need the information for my taxes When I called 4/8/26 some how I got a representative in the St Pete office
They started an install of windows 03/28/25 today is 04/08/26. They had several failed inspections prior to December 2025. I informed them of the missing screen on several occasions to no avail I am still without the screen. I like to have my windows open from time to time and this room only has ONE WINDOW it can no be opened without the screen. I think my next recourse to get an attorney. When I call then I feel I'm getting the run around because I am passed to a different person each time and still no screen. So yes ONE ST... read more
