THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER CALL BACK! RUN! They made several of us sign a contract to do our roof, we asked if the ac unit would be taken care of.. they even had pictures! Then a month goes by, after making a deposit, I hear from a neighbor that they are canceling a job. No one called me. I then called 3 times for a refund, no one ever called me back! Thankfully I used my credit card instead of cash, and I was able to dispute and get my credit card company to refund. Still 3 months out and NO ONE called back or contacted... read more

The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is because at the beginning people who promised call back never did, I had to call and follow up.

I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with Paradise Exteriors. They preyed upon my elderly grandfather, a veteran, using extremely high-pressure sales tactics. He was not given any documents to review, was forced to sign contracts on a zoomed-in cell phone screen where he couldn’t read the terms, and was not allowed to consult with family members. Beware of high-pressure sales tactics and inflated pricing. Paradise Exteriors came out for a quote and immediately went into a hard-close routine—pushing for a signature on the spot and trying to rush the decision. It felt more like a sales ambush than a professional consultation. Even worse, their prices were significantly higher than other reputable companies offering the same product. Be cautious and do your homework—there are better options out there that don’t rely on pressure and overcharging.
