The worst builder ever, stay away! Bad service and lousy work.
Hello everyone! Please do not buy a home from this builder. They are overpriced for the quality of the home. I understand that all homes are overpriced in the current market. However, Paradise homes also has the worst customer relations. There is no point writing down the house flaws within the first 30 days because all this builder does is send someone in who is close to retirement to fix your house problems. These people are just unprofessional, they’ve damaged my property and refuse to return call or acknowledge the damage. Utterly disgusting! I can only imagine the quality of the house they are selling make sure to get extra extra extended warranty cause this ain’t playhouse!
Got a very poor service, purchase a house in Oshawa , Gave us the possession with lots of defects . For appliances , we keep chasing them and no response and make different escapes Its been 1 month we dont have the appliances , we are chasing everyone but no response . I am an investor but will never invest or suggest anyone to go with Paradise
