Paradise is passionate about curating great coffee and it shows. I've tried quite a few and the Nuevo Espress is still my favorite for an outstanding cappuccino.
I started purchasing from Paradise for their espresso blends, but continued for their SO and general brewing blends; their canoe and cabin blend is a staple of mine. Really have not had a bad bag of coffee from them, and several excellent ones. Their periodic special offerings - like the recent Ecuador Robusta - are generally great and expose me to varietals I would never have known about otherwise. Shipping is fast and reasonably priced. I wish they have options to do the shipping like next day or 2nd day shipping. Ordered it today and hoping they ship it and have it here by Friday.
A long time Nuevo Espesso customer buying 5# bags each purchase. Had to give half of this last order away as Paradise Roaster has obviously changed this great blend into a very mediocre blend, not nearly as good the last blend. Wish I remembered the beans and ratio on the old blend?? Very disappointed!
