I absolutely love the tailor service. I brought in 3 mediocre fitting skirts and some expensive wool pants. Beto made some suggestions as to the alterations that could be made. I am beyond happy I took his advice. The skirts look like amazing. I get compliments on the skirts all the time. People cannot believe that my they were my same mediocre skirts and that i had them tailored at the dry cleaners. Since then Beto and his tailor are my go to for alterations and modification. Fabulous. Used them 2 times a week for 3 months. I was always waited on by the same gentleman in his 40-50's. I asked if he was the owner which he was not, he was an employee who worked full time in the afternoon & evenings & closed the store at 7p M-F & earlier Sat & Sun. Everything came out beautifully. Sleeves were stuffed with tissue, Creases were ALWAYS in jeans, nothing was ever damaged or crushed. Just returned from here and they refused to give me a refund or discount after they put a huge hole in the front of a brand new blouse I took there. I only got to wear it once! They were extremely rude and unaccommodating and refused to take responsibility for the hole. Never go here!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
