I absolutely love the tailor service. I brought in 3 mediocre fitting skirts and some expensive wool pants. Beto made some suggestions as to the alterations that could be made. I am beyond happy I took his advice. The skirts look like amazing. I get compliments on the skirts all the time. People cannot believe that my they were my same mediocre skirts and that i had them tailored at the dry cleaners. Since then Beto and his tailor are my go to for alterations and modification. Fabulous. Used them 2 times a week for 3 months. I was always waited on by the same gentleman in his 40-50's. I asked if he was the owner which he was not, he was an employee who worked full time in the afternoon & evenings & closed the store at 7p M-F & earlier Sat & Sun. Everything came out beautifully. Sleeves were stuffed with tissue, Creases were ALWAYS in jeans, nothing was ever damaged or crushed. Horrible, rude, and unprofessional?doesn?t explain it! – I dropped off three shirts. When I picked them up, one of the shirt?s collar was discolored (bleached). I asked him what happened; he immediately started talking to me with a bad attitude and raised his voice. Just returned from here and they refused to give me a refund or discount after they put a huge hole in the front of a brand new blouse I took there. I only got to wear it once! They were extremely rude and unaccommodating and refused to take responsibility for the hole. Never go here!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Worst cleaners ever – I just returned from this place to ask for a refund or discount after receiving a brand new blouse back with a giant hole in the front. They did not take responsibility and were very rude. Do not go here for cleaning or tailoring, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
