We booked through Airbnb. The terms state you have to be 18+ to book. They told us that being 20 was fine before redacting the statement and cancelling our trip. They couldn’t provide any screenshot or evidence that you have to be 21+. This is terrible customer service as my girlfriend and I were excited for the trip. They are scammers trying to suggest bigger houses that were apparently 18+. Except they were twice the price. Very Unprofessional. I have never written a bad review in my life.
