Watch your pocketbook! I was told for years by this office that my insurance was within network, which it is, but then they kept slamming me with $200 bills. No one in their billing could ever explain to me why I was being charged hundreds of dollars for a within-network appointment. In the past I’ve had bad experiences at other places and issues with them listening to my concerns and how I’m reacting to medications, but at paradise they have been very kind and have been open to listening to my concerns, and never made me feel anxious since attending appointments. The first place I felt comfortable at, especially for someone who has social anxiety, and makes communication about my appointments seamless. Thank you.
