This is the most unprofessional, immature mental health office of ever experienced. I overheard staff gossiping and talking about each other in front of me which was already an unprofessional experience, but then they were really rude to me. Overall not accommodating, acted like they didn’t have the time to deal with me and was irritated with my questions. Specifically Makayla. They also neverrr answer the phone. I would advise researching elsewhere before making the mistake to trust this company like I did.
Great experience. I felt heard, comfortable, and supported throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
The worst part is the straight judgement and looking down on me for trying to do something to better my life! These are not ppl who care about ppl they care about medical bills and getting paid period. Honestly Dr Anna was nice but the honest problem was that I stopped my Suboxone on my own because I was sick of taking it and wanted to get my ADHD treated I wasn't even on Suboxone because of opiates I was on Suboxone because I got fooled with the 70H stuff because I was motorcycle accident I didn't want to take percocets so ... read more
Watch your pocketbook! I was told for years by this office that my insurance was within network, which it is, but then they kept slamming me with $200 bills. No one in their billing could ever explain to me why I was being charged hundreds of dollars for a within-network appointment. Further, don’t be surprised if they know zero about psychopharmacology and others drop in on your appointments without being told that someone else is in the room.
