Cabin we rented had only a couple of utensils, microwave broken, very noisy pumping in only bathroom, next to master bedroom. Outdoor area was trashed, including small rec room full of leaves, broken pool table and pool cues. We arrived at night and had to climb stairs and lights burned out. Luckily we had flashlights. Hot tub was cold. Bbq out of propane. had to pay all in advance to find these conditions. Owner came a couple of times and was angry we complained. Really? Wonderful secluded cabin in Wears Valley/Townsend close to Cades Cove Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds and comfortable living areas. Fully furnished kitchen with washer dryer dish washer. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Most amazing home I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a dream come true so nice no one wanted it to be over next time we will stay two weeks our family was very impressed and had a great time.
My wife and I stayed with them over this past weekend and the cabin was perfect. We’ll be back again with the kids and a bigger cabin.
The hot tub is very dirty, WiFi sucks. The cabin itself is fairly nice. It’s in a private location. Disappointed in skillets, only one nonstick pan and it’s a saucepan.
