We used their service in our community for one year. After no planned meetings and failure to complete projects, we decided to change management companies. They failed to transfer the basic record requests to our new company and handle this in the most unprofessional manner imaginable. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Kelly Grebe responds to emails / calls and gets thing done promptly and efficiently. Period.
I highly recommend Paradise Association Mgmt, especially our LCAM Hope, for her expertise in Property Mgmt, FL Statutes, Construction Projects, Financial Management, along with communication to owners and addressing concerns properly and in a timely manner. She exceeds where others quite frankly have severely and poorly lacked in professionalism and Portfolio management. Overall, Hope and Paradise have been the BEST that I’ve experienced! HRBC
Where is the dues payment portal?
I have lived here almost 3 years and have never been able to use the gate for entry (except for my remote which has always opened the gate) Kelly was very patient, kind and most helpful for figuring out the issues and I can now let my visitors in the gate by finding my name on the monitor, call me for access enter 9 and they are given access.
