The property management team goes above and beyond to help!
I’ve had an aweful issue going on in my condo recently. Hope Woodin was with me all the way to get it resolved . Could not have gone through this without Paradise Managements help , especially Hope .
The fees they charge are ridicules; we are consulting an attorney because they charged fees that are over the state cap. NEVER allow this company to represent your HOA.
I had amazing experience with Hope. The customer service was top-notch. I would highly recommend for anyone needing guidance or help you can rely on Hope to steer you in the right direction. She responded to all my e-mails and calls in a timely fashion.
They don’t answer their emails or their phones and don’t care that they have 5 business days to answer by law. Very disappointed with their service, do not recommend!
