It has truly been a pleasure working with Hope (and her team). In my opinion, herr service to the Point Matanzas community has been professional, responsive, and greatly valued by the owners. I am grateful for the support and guidance she has provided to the Board of Directors and membership during her tenure.
Hope and the staff at Paradise addressed all our issues in an efficient, effective and timely manner. We were very pleased to have someone like Hope to work with on the transition.
We used their service in our community for one year. After no planned meetings and failure to complete projects, we decided to change management companies. They failed to transfer the basic record requests to our new company and handle this in the most unprofessional manner imaginable. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Kelly Grebe responds to emails / calls and gets thing done promptly and efficiently. Period.
