If I could have left a review with a star I would. Island Condominium in Ft Pierce is not elderly friendly. No parking for their seniors with disabilities or handicap. After days of requests I still have received no legible map or parking. The agents who manage are aggressive, rude and dismissive. I strongly suggest you speak to the community residents before buying or renting. The property maintenance is terrible. Bird feces and droppings along sidewalks.
