Art went above and beyond to help with the sale of my dad's place. I live out of state and know it probably created extra work for him but he kept me informed and he was very optimistic the place would sale pretty quickly even though I was worried about it not selling before winter/cold weather set in. I appreciate everything he did and he was always very kind and professional. Thank you Art from Texas!
I had Art sell a mobile home for me in 2021. The asking for it was 12,500.00 As we went along he kept adding a thousand dollars to the process. It was 3 then 4. So that when we got to the signing process. He then charged me a thousand more dollars to the process. The poor people begged me to sell it to them because he was disabled. So the fee for him to sell my 12,500.00 mobile home was 5500.00 this man is a total rip off . Please don't buy or let him sell anything for you. He is a discussing human human being.
Him and the people at this place are awful. We came across hard times when my significant other fell and broke his femer and from there things went south. I kept up on payments for 5 years and when I became ill it was over. No one reached out just promptly filed eviction. Don't go there !!!
