Wildcat Crossing is a fantastic option for Chico State students! It's conveniently located close to campus, making it super easy to get to class. Kyle, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with—he truly goes above and beyond. We love Wildcat Crossing!

My grandson just moved to Chico for school, and the entire move-in process was smooth and easy. Since we’re not from Chico, we were a little concerned about applying without seeing the apartments in person first. However, upon arrival, we were very pleased to find that the apartment and the property looked exactly like they did on the website.
