These guys have been good for years prior however I do Caution against signing up for the maintenance plans. The last time an associate came out I did sign up for the deluxe package but in the subsequent years they never came back out. Now having system issues and called this morning to get it checked out and they have no records of me paying for the plan. Spoke to 2 associates and neither seemed surprised.

04/10/2024 2-star Review: I know my A/C is extremely old and they knew going in that I wasn't going to replace it and that I wanted a band-aid fix, but they tried hustling a new unit anyway with a costly repair quote and near 30x mark-up on a $10 capacitor. I got them down to about 12x mark-up on the capacitor, which I understand perfectly well that everyone marks materials up, but 30x is overly excessive. If I could give zero stars I would. I am very disappointed with this company. I was happy with my technician the first time and signed up for their program paying annually for maintenance every 6 months. It took 3 months to get an appointment only for them to no show me twice. I called them at the end of the 4 hour window and they said oh they can’t get a tech out today….
