We purchased a Paradisa home in 2019. After being in the home for years now there are things we really appreicate and some items we have communicated to them that they could improve upon in future builds. We appreciated the quality of material used in most areas of the home. The doors, cabinet hardware, soft close cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, applicances, and ceiling fans were all nice and have held up. Purchased a new home in 2018. Excellent sales team who accommodated additional and reasonable asks we made before closing. We’ve had a few issues and the team gladly covered under their warranty program. We would purchase again.
Have thoroughly enjoyed my Paradisa home for 8 years! The level of service, quality of craftsmanship and ease of purchasing were all above and beyond what I had hoped to expect. Thanks y'all!
