Interior work is okay, but their siding quality is abysmal. My home, as well as 2 neighboring Paradisa homes have experienced issues with siding boards breaking and rotting for several years now. The homes are only 10 years old. When I contacted Paradisa a couple years ago to see if they could help address the issue, they told me I needed to hire a 3rd party to document any poor or incorrect installation of the siding. $500 later, I have a very detailed report with several pages of such documentation of incorrect installatio... read more
Quality construction and great people!
We bought our home from Paradisa back in 2020, and the whole experience was fantastic. They finished the house right on schedule, which gave us a lot of confidence from the start. Working with their in-house designer to choose finishings—like cabinets, lighting, and hardware—was smooth and stress-free, even though we had little experience with interior design. I lived in a Paradisa home for 8 years and it was great. I never had any build issues and the fixtures and finishes were way above other builds. They were always responsive to any questions I had.
