We’ve been living in our Paradisa-built home for about 8 years now, and overall, we’re still very happy with it. When we were originally house hunting, we toured roughly 8–10 homes—mostly new builds—and the two Paradisa homes we saw clearly stood out. Lived in our Paradisa home in South Austin for 2 years. We love it!! Warranty program is great and warranty team are super helpful for the few minor items we needed.
We bought our Paradisa home in 2019 and have loved living in this house. What really stands out is their thoughtful floor plans that really makes it live-able, their beautiful modern designs, and great customer service.
Paradisa built an unpermitted deck with our house that was too large (over 200 sqft), encroached on the setback (up to the fence line), and caused us to be over the impervious cover limit. Now, we're being forced to remove the deck completely. All Paradisa has come back with is "the city inspector approved the final build of the house." That's not enough for the city. We bought a paradisa home in 2017 and lived there for 8 years until simply growing out of the footprint. We absolutely loved the lay out of our home and the quality of Thomas Brown's work is par none. I would highly recommend a Paradisa home to anyone looking for a high quality, top notch home in Austin, TX.
