We bought a home from Paradisa in 2016. We came across them looking at one new home, liked it, and our realtor took us to another of theirs which we liked even better - and bought. We were new to Austin and, almost 10 years later, I’ve come to deeply appreciate: - the locations they pick - the design of the home (optimized for heat and position of the sun) The fit and finish were excellent and our home largely feels “like new”. My Paradisa condo is one of the best home purchases I've ever made -- and I have bought multiple houses. My husband had just passed away unexpectedly, and I needed to move back into urban Austin. We bought our Paradisa home 10+ years ago and love it. The build is exceptional, the design is practical and ultra modern and we have had zero complaints. If you are looking for an extremely modern, high quality home from a local builder that stands by their work, then Paradisa is for you. Highly recommend!
