We bought our home in 2016 as a new Paradisa build. It was already built, we didn't customize it. 10 years in, the house has aged incredibly well and we've loved making it a home. We knew this was our home from the moment we walked in. The design choices were sharp and intentional, while still giving us a canvas to make ours. We moved into our Paradisa home when it was built in 2016, and almost 10 years later, it still looks great and has been a fantastic home for our family. One of the things we've appreciated most is the layout. It's worked really well through every stage of life, and the design has held up just as well as the house itself. Paradisa Homes builds an exceptional and beautiful product. We purchased our home 10 years ago and it has held up extremely well. We have had no warrantable issues with the home to date and the design still holds its own a decade later.
