Flexible scheduling and modality. Referred through the UMN EAP and Lyra platform. You get out what you put into sessions, some days are more productive than others. I feel like I've made progress.

I attended therapy here during the pandemic. The quality of care was awful. In my experience the therapy was therapist centered rather than client centered. I was a minor at the time, and I specifically remember my parents asking the owner what the difference between a school therapist and her work was. Saprina responded, "Many school therapists aren't skilled enough to force information out of smart kids." Started going when the covid shutdown started and I couldn't be happier. This place has dedicated, kind, and passionate therapists that want to help you succeed. My life has been permanently changed for the better after going here. *I'll make a quick point to say the people here don't work miracles happen, if you aren't willing to get your hands dirty and work hard. Highly recommend and if the first one doesn't suit your needs, try another.
