Flexible scheduling and modality. Referred through the UMN EAP and Lyra platform. You get out what you put into sessions, some days are more productive than others. I feel like I've made progress.
I attended therapy here during the pandemic. The quality of care was awful. In my experience the therapy was therapist centered rather than client centered. I was a minor at the time, and I specifically remember my parents asking the owner what the difference between a school therapist and her work was. Saprina responded, "Many school therapists aren't skilled enough to force information out of smart kids."
