I highly recommend John! He came to install my dishwasher and also fixed the plumbing leak. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He didn’t charge me anything extra and his prices are very reasonable and fair. I really appreciate his honesty, kindness, and great service. I’m very happy with the work he did and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!

We are very pleased & appreciate the excellent work Jon and his crew provided to fix a slow water leak in our basement wall. Jon responded immediately to our call, scheduled same-day service, and quickly located the leak. Jon helped us arrange & completed additional plumbing work, with staying true to his scheduled time & estimate. We highly recommend Paradigm and will not hesitate to call Jon for any future plumbing needs.

I can't recommend Paradigm highly enough. Jon provided truly top-notch service and excellent attention to detail. He was extremely responsive and, importantly, was able to locate a gas leak that another technician had been unable to find. He identified the issue, fixed it professionally, and gave us real peace of mind knowing it had been properly resolved. Pricing was also very competitive. Excellent service all around — highly recommend!

Jon is always conscientious, neat, tidy and on time! We were very pleased with the work. He has done work for us over more than 20 years. I hope this review does not mean he will be too busy for me next time :-)
