We have used Paradigm for a repipe of our home and a couple unrelated service calls. We are always impressed by the professionalism of Jon and his team. Jon is incredibly knowledgeable and systematic. We would reccomend Paradigm without hesitation.
I have reached out to Paradigm on two separate occasions and have been more than satisfied with both experiences. Jon is prompt with communication and was able to come the same day that I called to solve a sudden and stressful pipe blockage I had in my bathroom. He also provided good “home care” advice on how to keep pipes clear. Paradigm is my go-to call for any plumbing needs and I would recommend them to friends and family!
