I was fortunate enough to come across Jon and Paradigm. I have a house in East Van with a basement suite and have had a number of small to medium tasks. The company has always been great at scheduling, communication, quality of work and follow up. Takes much of the stress out of the equation to have an organization that is trustworthy and provides great customer support.

I highly recommend their service. Excellent, very responsive, and friendly services. I needed an emergency service and Jon sent someone just less than three hours same day after my call despite his very busy schedule. Top notch !

We were doing a bathroom renovation, and Paradigm Services (Jon) installed a bathtub and corner shower, and re-routed plumbing for both. We had a few hiccups (nothing to do with Paradigm though), and Jon resolutely tackled each problem with professionalism and dedication. The finished bathroom looks wonderful. We have no hesitation in recommending Jon and would call him again for any future projects. Thanks Chris and Lydia
