Mr. David Monk and Paradigm Quest Inc. have been very important partners as mortgage provider, their products allowed us to choose what is right for us that is why we have been with for 15 years and we just renewed again for another 5 years and we will continue with them as long as we need a mortgage again.

Terrible Service. No communication until 9 days before mortgage maturity date when I had to prompt them for the offer. Much better service available elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding interaction with this company if possible.

Paid off my mortgage, and this lame company would only take a bank draft instead of a wire transfer which could be done in a day. I had to mail the bank draft. I set up the payout date as Friday and sent the cheque priority mail by Canada post on Tuesday. The promised delivery was Thursday. It didn't arrive until Monday. I sent this bogus company $150,000, and because Canada Post was late, Paradigm charged me $116 for 3 late days, 2 of which were the weekend. the worst company ever. Spend 3 hours trying to do some changes on my mortgage payment with zero results. 3 times phone line was cut off on their side without anyone calling me back. 4th time after I gave all my data and passed through security questions, person said he doesn't work in mortgage department. Terrible!!!!

Absolutely the worst bank we have ever dealt with. Spare yourself the massive frustrations and go with another bank! Closing a deal with them was one of the most frustrating experiences possible & it didn't stop with that. Spare yourself the headaches & don't walk, run to another institution! I had to submit 1 star, it should be -5 stars.
