Shortly after we bought our townhome Paradigm took over managing our community. As soon as the transition between property management companies happened we saw the community begin to deteriorate. The only time they perform maintenance in the outdoor spaces is when it is specifically requested. They have never once sprayed the outside of the complex for bugs and pests. I have requested that our place be sprayed on more than one occasion and even sent photos of the bugs outside of our door and I am still trying to get it done.... read more

I had made multiple contacts with ******* concerning my worries about my father's declining health and whether or not payments were going through.
