This group was horrible to deal with and I am pretty positive the way they are getting payment up front from students prior to their Financial Aid packages go through are ridiculous. I would read the fine print and also really think twice on renting from them.

I’m writing this letter as a warning to anyone considering renting from this landlord. All our experiences living at this property was deeply disappointing and, at times, distressing. From the beginning, communication with the landlord was inconsistent and unprofessional. I really enjoyed living in my house this past year. Maintenance was very fast when needed. Electricity and laundry is included which was a huge plus. Communication with landlord was easy and quick. This was my first year living off campus and my friends and I loved living in our house. The process for signing the lease was really easy. I would definitely find a house with Paradigm Properties again.

I lived with Paradigm Properties for two years and it was an amazing experience! The staff is nice, the maintenance was fast and the property is well kept.

I’ve had a great experience with Paradigm this year! The house was in great condition when I moved in, and any maintenance issues were fixed within 48 hours if not the same day. They also worked with me so I could pay with financial aid which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to live off campus at Cortland!
