Who ever drives van #25 is a absolute horrible driver, nothing says safe driving like 20mph on a 45
Simone with Paradigm was great and solved my problem! He worked on my Tankless Water heater that had an intermittent issue with failing to start and heat the water that i have been trying to get fixed for years. Paradigm and Simone lived up to their word and listened to the customer (I had been on phone with manufacturer tech support many times) and worked with tech support to get my water heater working again. Great thanks to Simone and Paradigm - I have my “go to” plumbers now.
We called Paradigm Plumbing since water was leaking from the kitchen wall and in a short time they found a hidden pipe leaking behind that wall. They showed us exactly where the issue was and explained what needed to be done. The repair was done carefully without opening more than necessary, and they cleaned everything up after. Highly recommended!!
Terrible business practices! I had Paradigm come out for an estimate to replace a water heater in March 2025. I decided not To go with them because they were literally double the price of everyone else. I assumed the estimate was free of charge, because well, I was never told Otherwise. I never received a bill, however yesterday I received a phone call from an attorney, attempting to “collect a debt”. Upon calling paradigm, I was informed I was charged $146 for the estimate.
