Terrible business practices! I had Paradigm come out for an estimate to replace a water heater in March 2025. I decided not To go with them because they were literally double the price of everyone else. I assumed the estimate was free of charge, because well, I was never told Otherwise. I never received a bill, however yesterday I received a phone call from an attorney, attempting to “collect a debt”. Upon calling paradigm, I was informed I was charged $146 for the estimate. $165 Just to get an estimate when 1 of their employees is already in my building, That’s just being greedy!

This company charged 524.00 said they fixed a leak in less than one hour but the replacement of a drain in the bathtub for 524.00 did not work. IMO this repair if it did work should be 300.00 max if I owned the business I would only charge 150.00 for that repair
