I’ve been a unit owner for about seven years, and I have to say this property management company has been great to work with. They’re always responsive, keep us updated on any maintenance or landscaping work, and the staff is professional and easy to talk to. The trustees and I are really happy with the service they provide, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable management team.
I am so impressed with Paradigm Partners! They are our property manager at our Bicknell condos and are incredibly responsive, effective, and helpful! Adam Williams, our contact, goes above and beyond to help - for example, he helped us find a specialized HVAC service when we had to replace our system 2 years ago! And he coordinated a complicated power resolution in 1 day working with National Grid, the town of Weymouth and the high voltage electricians. Unfortunate to report given previous reviews, but Adam Williams is very rude and unprofessional, not to mention condescending. Being courteous goes a long way. I’m not certain as to what is driving the behavior, but it has left a bad taste. This has been more so the case this past year, not sure if he’s had personal issues going on, but it is not okay to behave in such a way.
I just wanted to make a public note about Adam Williams. Mr. Williams is not only professional but kind hearted. He assisted me with the sale of a condo. He responds to emails pretty quick and was very knowledgeable. He made a rough situation somewhat easy to get through. Thank you for being understanding! I hope we cross paths again someday.
