Dr. Erik is fantastic! He is easy to talk to, listens to me and helped me with diagnosis and medication. I don't want to see anyone else. The problem is when I lost my secondary insurance I accrued a copay and deductible balance. I was notified late and when I tried to set up a payment plan that was within my financial needs, they denied it and said it had to be a minimum of $100.00 and had to be paid off within 6 months. I tried to make an appointment. I have 2 insurances, but because they don’t take one of my insurances they won’t accept me as a client even though they take the other insurance. That’s crazy!!! Seriously messed up business practices.
