Paradigm is a great gym that is never overly crowded. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has great machines. The sauna access is a big added bonus. I would definitely recommend Paradigm to anyone looking to start a gym membership.

Late post but worthy to mention to those who might be considering. (I am moving to Dallas and recalled this experience here during one of my visits as I am browsing gyms and choosing a facility) The gym itself is 5 stars, but a nasty interaction with what seemed to be one of Paradigm’s personal trainers completely ruined the experience. After my workout, I took my shirt off to pose, and was confronted (again, quite rudely) by the trainer demanding me to put my shirt back on. Excellent gym with a great staff and a really relaxed and chill vibe. All of the equipment is in great condition and you can get all of your strength training needs met with ease. Also the amenities are wonderful! Overall a great place to have a workout, highly recommended
