Vic & Rosa did an incredible job getting my home ready to sell. They were also very flexible and accommodated two unexpected schedule changes on my end. They operate with high integrity and total transparency on pricing. Every room they cleaned was left spotless and the house looked brand new when they were done. Their attention to detail is something I haven’t experienced from other cleaning companies. I highly recommend Paradigm and am very grateful for the excellent job they did.

I paid for the full cleaning service upfront and the cleaners broke the glass in the oven. The owner was rude and combative, wouldn't file an insurance claim, even though he advised they had it but wouldn't pay the deductible. Instead he offered $50 for ruining an appliance. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone at all.
