This is not a review I wanted to write but our experience working with Paradigm, for us, was one of such disappointment and frustration I had to. The quality of work fell far below acceptable standards for any construction project let alone a custom home build. We were forced to closely track progress, in most cases lack of progress, and demand corrections to work done poorly or incorrectly by unskilled labor. Tim and the team at Paradigm Homes are top notch. Their focus on service and customer experience goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend Paradigm for anyone looking to renovate, expand or for brand new construction.
Paradigm Homes are beautiful and James and Tim are so wonderful to work with!! They truly care and take the time to listen and execute exactly what you want in your home, which is rare to find among builders. Highly recommend them to everyone I know looking to build a new home, or to do an extensive, or even small, addition!
It is my opinion that Paradigm is not a good company and I regret giving them my business. Paradigm threatened to pursue legal action against me for my previous review, so I am posting this new review to ensure anyone who reads it understands it only reflects my personal view that the company sucks. After working with them for over a year, we lost confidence in their ability to manage our home remodel project. It was massively over budget and delayed. We made the difficult decision to restart with a different company, losing time and money in the process. But we were able to see how a different company approached the project with more professionalism and moved it forward. A hard lesson learned, and I wish we avoided working with Paradigm.
