After purchasing my 2013 Buick Encore through Colorado Motor Cars (an overall pleasant experience) I was forced to work with this shop and had nothing but issues from day one. The catalytic converted needed to be replaced and so I took my vehicle in at the beginning of September with the expectation that they would be replacing the part but was instead told they needed to run a diagnostic to determine what part they needed to order.
