For as long as they have been in business, they have always been my lighthouse in a storm. When the pets can't talk, these people know how to test and diagnose to say what the pet can't. No doctor can save every pet, but I've never met one here that didn't try their hardest to ensure every pet they take care of lives a long and healthy life. I would not recommend this veterinarian office. Their lack of professionalism and bookkeeping is abysmal. I called to book an appointment to have my Pat euthanise in 2025 and spoke with three different people over three different calls. I ended up cancelling the appointment because my dog was better. I was never told about any fees are associated with speaking with someone on the phone nor did I When I cancel the appointment or received an invoice for the next year.
