Very clear communication from management office to owner. Send email to owners if anything comes up.
Location is great overall. Weekday security staff is are amazing as well. Management of the property is horrendous. Rude and disrespectful. I have lived here for multiple years after purchasing a condo here and management has changed many times. They change the rules of the building without any warning. They have disposed of my items without any warning or consent and when I reach out to them to get my items back (assuming it was a mistake on their end) they claim they have disposed of it. The alarm system here is just INSANE !!! A pure torture, they don’t even turn it off after the emergency is over. I made a complaint about this but nothing … I called also nothing 3 hours straight of fire alarm on and off this is crazy
I bought a condo at 10 capreol and love that it's a mid rise. No competing for Elevators. Well managed. Great location and people are super nice.
I live at 15 Iceboat Terr and I love it! Elevators are way better than my previous condo.
