The receptionist was less friendly than Franklin himself. He seemed very nice and gave clear directions for going forward. I will return here.
The service is absolutely terrible! This is the second time that I take my mom’s denture for repairs and that specific tooth fell down after a week!!! Maybe I expect the destruction after 6 month but not a week!!! . And when I complain they mention that they don’t guarantee anything! So what do you exactly gaurantee?! Dr.Prada and his staff are amazing. Dr. Prada is very professional, very kind and has amazing capability of making his clients feel relaxed and non-stressed. His administrative assistant Sarah was nothing but accommodating. I highly recommend them.
