WARNING!!!! I purchased a property which had 2 Propane Tanks left from the old owner. I called Paraco (owner of the tanks) to start service with them but then decided to go with another company. Within 8 months time, I placed 4 appointments for them to pick up the tanks and credit me for the propane left in them (this is the law since I paid at my closing). STAY AWAY , FRONT OFFICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE ,OVER CHARGES
Worst propane company EVER!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE, lost my application twice, they filled me on COD and charged a 150.00 fee. Then I call all hours of the day, always told "Someone will call you back"! Now on my second fill they want 375.00 because I rent!!!!! Now I'm almost out of gas and have to fork over almost 800.00. Supervisor was suppose to call me back today. Yeah right. I have never had this kind of customer service. Please stay away from Paraco. They need to do a whole redo of management.
