I just signed up with Paraco for service to a home I just purchased in croton. I must admit, I was dreading the process, since most of these things require doing it online or by phone with a robot, having to deal with endless waits and rude or dismissive people (if you’re lucky enough to get a human!). But this experience was truly a pleasure, thanks to Rosalee’s help. She was so pleasant, efficient and patient and made me feel so well taken of!
