We have always had excellent service from Paraco. I have not had any issues in the 10+ years we have used their service. The delivery folks are always mindful of our property and are careful when delivering to us. Today I did call and spoke with Kris, a very friendly and helpful man. I wanted to see when our next scheduled delivery was coming. I also asked Kris about the current price/gallon. These days no one does something unexpectedly nice w/o being asked. She changed my annoyed attitude into something grateful.
