This place has yet to send me someone with a brain....every aide sent has to also be babysat. The aides they give me just sit in a room with my grandma who has Alzheimer's and refuses to feed her. When you call this agency, it sounds like you just woke them up from a deep sleep and no one seems to know anything about your case. Currently looking for better agency's.
