Finally I got in and out. This past Tuesday it took me 3 hours, 20 minutes. Ridiculous!!!
In and out in under 90 minutes. Including the sign in and usual check-up. Smiles on almost every employees faces.

I was a new donor and was ready for the 2.5-hour process, but I wasn’t prepared for the five hours that it took. I waited and waited while employees didn’t seem concerned about efficiency whatsoever. While I waited several people got up and walked out because it was taking so long. When I did finally get worked up and in a chair, the phlebotomist dug for a vein until I let out a curse word, then he said “My bad” and miraculously got the vein.
