The normal staff is very kind, patient and fun. I tend to bruise easily and that has been a problem for me in the past. But today, I had the sweetest young lady do my draw and I didn't even feel it! I would keep her for myself but, some people consider that kidnapping! All silliness aside..other then the one evil one that works there, the staff is incredible!!
