I went to parachute a week ago for my first donation. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend that everyone give this place a shot. Thank you Karmen for your great stick.
Heather didn’t say “Hello” or “Welcome” or “How are you” when I entered. Very awkward and unprofessional vibe. She just walked towards me with a weird look on her face and went straight to asking me if I had my social, ID, and proof of address. Ok, yes… I know that’s what I need to have and that’s what I had but the fact that I didn’t get a proper greeting especially as a new donor really rubbed me the wrong way.
