This is my second time coming here and being declined for no reason. I ate food and they said I did not eat food. The lady checking my vitals was extremely rude and did not want to give me information about donating, she said i could have googled the information. I will not be returning . It took 3 hours to get here and will take another 3 to get back. I was waiting for someone at the counter for about 30 minutes before someone came out. Very unprofessional staff. This location does not really need donors

The on-site facility is bias and very discriminating. They do not uphold what is listed on there website and try to invent policy that is not written. I was disappointed in my visit. The company concept is good but the employees at this location are dishonest... Therefore my zeal to invent this location is a very strong NO👎
Cache locked the door on me even though I was on time causing me to not be able to donate. She held the door until I was completely unable to get get into my sign in window then proceeded to lock the door on me.
The staff is very competent and caring and efficient.
