I ordered the ECO mattress and the customer service is the worst I've seen of any company I've ever bought products from in my half century of being alive. The only company I've ever bought something from who takes my money, $2,000 of it but then doesn't ever deliver the product and doesn't answer a single one of the 20 emails I've sent to them over the last three weeks trying to find out where my damn mattress is!!!!!!!!!! Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The comforter I bought is also one of the best I have ever owned.
