Such a disappointment to say the least. I had an estimator come to my home and measure my master bathroom and guest bathroom for new flooring. I was told I would receive my estimate in a few days. It has been a week and a half later with no response whatsoever. I called for a follow up and left a message and no return call. I'm honestly surprised by the way they conduct business. Choosing new flooring for my home is always a daunting task, so I was grateful for the help I received by Paracca Flooring. My selection process was made very easy at the store; and equally as important, the installers were very thorough with an outstanding end result. It was an easy decision to have them come back and get more rooms done :)

Shane,Drew,Jeff & Joe were probably the most professional & courteous installers I have ever seen!! They continually went far above my expectations. I would recommend Paracca and entire staff from the installers to the logistics staff inside. All aspects of our installation were very well coordinated!
Great people to deal with. Became more than a customer, I was treated like a friend. They took the time to explain everything, from product, to price, to installation, to care of the products, the total package. Follow up conversations to make sure we were totally satisfied. Highly recommend, I will always go back to them.
