I attended Para Hills Dental looking for a second opinion. Dr Jeff gave me a couple of options. He took the time to explain everything very well and the final outcome was excellent. As a very apprehensive patient I was particularly impressed with Dr Rachel Wongs ability to keep me calm while proceeding with my appointment. Everything to take place was explained in detail and clarity and the staff were both friendly and professional.

After not seeing a dentist for a while we found Jeff really patient and thorough. He gave honest advice, clearly explaining the options for my daughters situation. Being only six years old and also traumatised by hospitals, she felt very at ease with Jeff's gentle and friendly approach. No tears, she will comfortably return without hesitation.
