Our office is a couple states away from PAR & they used to be our one & only orthodontic lab... but then the original owners sold & retired. After over 20 years we can no longer trust their work. The appliances we "order" are not what they manufacture & ship to us. When problems are discovered & discrepancies addressed--they hang up on my staff. There are better labs out there with honest communications, billing policies & products--stay away from this one & avoid the frustration they have caused me, my staff & our patients.

As a general dentist, I've done my own orthodontics for the past thirty years. I've worked with Ron and John at PAR for most of that time. I really do consider them part of my practice. They're always willing to assist me with appliance design and general case development. Even with the cases where I employ Invisalign, they're there to help, particularly in the situations where Invisalign just can't finish a case. The guys at PAR are great. and I and my patients are grateful.

PAR has consistently made excellent positioners for our practice over the years. My daughter is currently wearing one now that was recently made. I recommend PAR laboratory.
