Shut off our electricity without any warning. Lied about knocking on the door to tell us. I have 3 large German Shepherds here and they bark their heads off if they even think someone is at the door. It was during lunchtime and I have 3 small children here and they are cold, too. Had to give them peanut butter sandwiches instead of the hot lunch I had halfway made for them. They are now playing with their coats on.
