I will never do any business with them again I should have known not to take my car there for body work after they wouldn't sell me the car in the first place. I waited since November for my grill which finally came in just to find out that it was the wrong grill. I told them to just put it on and we can deal with it later(I work nights I was up all day dealing with my vehicle recall at another dealership). I go there for service on my Nissan. It's one of the few places that when I leave, I don't feel like I've been ripped off or lied to, or disrespected. Head and tails above the Nissan Dealer in Plattsburgh. I live in Plattsburgh, and drive 50 miles to Paquin in Vermont for service.
It's no longer Paquins as it was sold to Bokens recently . Did bring my Jeep in for service and I liked what I saw . Very friendly and seem customer oriented .
Service department is mediocre at best. Can't get anyone to answer the phone 90% of the time
Awesome dealership. Hopefully Goss doesn't ruin it.
