The tacos were good, but I didn’t find them particularly special. I went on a weekday and waited about 10 minutes. I don’t think it’s worth waiting much longer than that. The inside also feels a little neglected and could use some more attention. Decent spot overall and worth trying if there’s no big line.

Wow. You can see why this place is getting the recognition from the New York Times, etc. The menu is small and simple, but they do it really well. The tacos themselves are pretty straightforward, and if you add cheese, they grill it onto the tortilla which is obviously great. They also have a cactus taco that was really good. Best tacos in Austin. Been multiple times and everything on the menu rocks. They were closed for a family emergency this morning and even served some of us that were there early. Great service, better food. Tip them well!
