Great client service skills!
Excellent service, would highly recommend. Darlene is very friendly and knows what she’s doing. Todd is also very good at his job and friendly, as well.
I have been going to here for over 12 years, today, was the worst and rudest experience I have ever had. I will never go back and would tell anyone that needs a haircut not to ever go there unless you want someone to be completely hateful. Going to a place for 12 years and me saying ok I won't come back and the owner, she saying ok good, doesn't care about anyone and completely rude. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place again
After my barber of 20 years retired, I found Pappy's salon and I am very happy with the haircut and conversation. Now I will look no further. Thank you Pappys
