Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else I just recently boarded my pets with Pappyâs Pet Lodge and could not be happier. I typically use their daycare and grooming services but had to go out of town for the holidays. The staff knows my pets every time I walk in the door and treat me as if I truly matter. Iâve always had luck with their groomers and love that they have webcam access that I can log on to watch my pets play while in daycare. Highly Recommended Our dog always comes home from doggy day care and sleeps for 12 hours straight because she is so worn out. They have a great staff, and even write up a report card on how your dog handled the essentials like eating and behavior around the other dogs. Highly Recommended
Great Place! I've been a client of Pappy's Pet Lodge since it opened 6-7 years ago. I've used all 3 locations and feel the staff and experience is the best fit for my dog. I recently boarded over Spring Break when I had a last minute business trip and the team at Pappy's worked hard to get my baby in for boarding. She returned home happy. I was able to watch from my hotel room in Seattle while she played in daycare and it was adorable. Great grooming...very PRICEY! I went to this place long time ago to have my pet groomed. I was pretty suprised at the prices they had to groom. When I came back they had my dog groomed so well but I still didn't think it was so great as to pay for the price they charged. Don't think I can recommend this place! PROS: - CONS: pricey!
Great Grooming - Too Expensive The grooming there was great - I have no issues whatsoever... but the price went up double from the first time I went there to the second time, about a year later. Also, I wasn't told when I dropped my dogs off that the price had doubled, so I got a big surprise when I came to pick them up. I no longer take my dogs there because I don't want any more surprises. PROS: great grooming job CONS: too expensive and no notice to previous customers
Pappys = Greatness Ive been a pappys customer for about a year now, I have no complaints to speak of. The staff is excellent, friendly and I can tell they genuinely care about my little Ronny boy. He's gets so excited when i tell him we're going to see his buddies at pappys! repeat customer i just dropped my golden retriever off this morning. he has stayed here before and the process was very smooth. the staff was extremely helpful and always happy and optimistic. they always ask for medical records, which makes me feel better as well. last thing i want is my dog to catch something while im gone. i like being able to watch over the webcam, getting the assurance he is getting some attention and play time with other dogs. this location is my preference as it is the closest to home, but unfortunate... read more
Pappy's Pet Lodge Plano Pappy's Pet Lodge on Ohio in Plano is the best! I have used them for almost 2 years now for my Shih Tzu's, Jake and Lucy. Their boarding, day care and grooming services are the best in my opinion! I wouldn't use anyone else. My babies love going there...and are so excited when they are dropped off for day care to play with their friends! The staff is wonderful and always so helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there at all. I highly recommend them! Sherry M.
Susan Threadgill I really like Pappy's Pet Lodge. Everybody is friendly and seem to enjoy animals and the job they have. I can trust my doggies will be well taken care of when I leave them there.
