What a joke.. Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Pappert was told not accepting new patients. I said I was not a new patient. They told me anything over three years. You’re considered a new patient. I haven’t been back because my psoriasis has been under control. I’m Having a terrible outbreak right now a lot of pain I would get a call back from clinical staff three days ..How about I received the call back 2 weeks later and was told no appointments available for 1 year
Amy is amazing! So lucky to have her as my doctor. She's knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend!
After being on hold for over 30 minutes and being disconnected when I finally reached a person and was told because I hadn’t been there I was considered a new patient and Dr.Pappert wasn’t taking new patients…after 20 plus years of being a patient. Getting a new doctor…disgraceful way to run a practice
I truly don't understand the policies in this office. When you call to make an appnt, they have no availability until 5 to 7 months later. Yet, you are supposed to maintain an “established” patient status. After completing all of the orientation questions regarding my gender identity and country of birth and wasting 15 mins of my time , I was told I could no longer see Dr Pappert because I was no longer considered “established” Do yourselves a favor and find another dermatologist.
Dr. Pappert is the most knowledgeable dermatologist regarding Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Such empathy toward the pain and comorbities of the disease. Willing to see me immediately if needed for emergencies such as cellulitis and kenalog (steroid) injections. As far as reaching the office it can be a bit difficult. I always tell people to make very nice with the front desk staff and the office manager.
