Staci Pappazi and her staff are friendly, efficient and responsive. Staci saved me during a recent insurance claim for water damage, successfully getting a decline turned around to an acceptance. To me, she is a hero!
My condo was dropped by State Farm insurance for filing two claims in one year for flooding ( not our fault). I called around and could not find anyone who was willing to insure us. Of course being in California …I reached out to Staci to help me find insurance and she was on it! She found someone to insure the condo. She was fast , efficient and got back to me right away. Communication was clear and we are all set . I would highly recommend her and will be sharing her name with my colleges and friends .

I was a little overwhelmed when I was told that our homeowners insurance was dropping us, and we had less than a month to get new insurance. I saw Pappazi Insurance was not far from where we live, and I like the idea of knowing my agent. I called Staci and she was very helpful. She did some research and provided me with some options and walked me through everything we needed to provide. She took care of everything with my bank, and we are good to go with days to spare.
