I won't ever go back to this Pappasito's. Someone had their kids at the bar & when I mentioned something to the manager he said, "It's a family friendly restaurant." There were plenty of open tables & the manager wouldn't even attempt to ask the parent if he could offer them a table. Then, the manager proceeded to offer me a free $50 gift card. I've been to pappasitos several times. i love it, great food and staff. I've never had a bad experience I think some of the people who didn't like it seems to me they were there during the dinner rush what do you expect during dinner hours its gonna be busy. but over all its a great place!

Worst Mexican ever – Hands down the worst Mexican meal and in fact the worst meal I've eaten in a restaurant in a long time. Food is so salty it is practically uneatable. Margaritas are poor - syrupy sweet with cheap tequila. Back to the bad food - had the crab stuffed shrimp with fajaita beef combo. Looking for great food and exceptional service? Pappasitos! – A girlfriend & I had lunch together today at Pappasitos and as usual it lived up to our expectations. It is our favorite place to meet. We had an especially awesome waiter today, his name was Geoff Ellis. He had such a fun personality and was so attentative to our needs and helpful when we were ordering our meals regarding some new items on the menu which was particularyl helpful. Call the Health Department!!! – Great smiles, slow service, good manager, mediocre food (little seasoning in the meats), great tortilla chips (light and warm) but the one issue we couldn't ignore was when we ordered our drinks, got a dirty frosted mug for a beer, returned it to the bartender who simply put the "really dirty" mug back in the freezer and handed us a new one. Outstanding Tex-Mex – Had an early dinner with my fiance after the Mavs parade. As usual, great food! The beef enchilladas are my favorite and they have never failed to arrive hot. Beans and rice complements are perfect. My finance had a grilled shrimp dish was she rated as good as it gets. As usual the servings are huge! Only suggestion would be to server smaller portions and lower the price. Then we could rate even higher for better value.
Great ambiance – I just love the ambiance of this place, all the setup is great! it's small and cozy, yet big enough to fit big parties and more.... For some reason I always order the fajitas, should try something else next time!
