Excellent experience – Renting with Pappas realty was a pleasure. The rent was very reasonable and the service was very responsive. I worked mostly with Don and felt very well taken care of. Service requests were promptly addressed and I felt kind of like family. It was clear that he takes great pride in providing good living environments for people. And that's a great feeling for a tenant.

great landlord-great apt – I rented from Don for a year and the experience was great!! I moved out only because my roommate was going overseas. Whenever there was an issue or concern that needed to be addressed, he handled it immediately (usually within 24 hrs). Don and his dad were very friendly to all the tentants and they kept the apts very nice, well kept, and up to date! I would recommend Pappas Realty!

Great landlords – I've been renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt in Center City for 3 years with Pappas Realty., and have been happy to renew each year. All of the interactions with the staff members (Don and Harry Pappas, Daisy, etc) have been friendly and courteous. All concerns and repairs have been taken care of promptly, including a less than two hour service for a heating repair issue. Best Realtors – I rented an apt from Don Pappas and would DEFINITELY rent from Pappas Realty in the future. They are family people who take care of their properties as well as their tenants. The only reason I moved out of my apt was because I had to leave the country. When I returned, Don Pappas was the first person I contacted for an apt! The negative reviews on this website must be from people who created negative situations for themselves.

Mom and Pop Realtors – I don't know what these other people are talking about. Pappas Realty was a nice mom & pop type real estate co. that took care of me and my entire family. We bought and sold 3 homes through them in the past 4 years. Daisy was the best realtor ever! Please don't penalize them for those other reviews. As far as Don Pappas goes we only spoke to him alittle during the process but he was very helpful and kind.

Be Wary of renting from Pappas Realty – I would high recommend that you DO NOT rent from Pappas Realty. The buildings are not maintained and the service is horrible. They lack professionalism and quality customer service. You have to send in requests in writing via a certified mailing service in order to get a response. BE WARY!!!! They are simply an entity that collects checks. You are better off paying a little extra and renting elsewhere!

Pappas Realty--lazy company; beware! – As an individual who is currently renting property through Pappas Realty, I would strongly caution prospective renters to think twice, maybe more than twice before doing so. This is my first time renting through the company and I must admit the service is not worth the money. They are simply acting as an entity that collects checks.
